Point Pleasant Police Blotter: Man Caught Using Fake ID At Bank
ALSO: A 12-year-old was charged with unlawful possession of a knife.
POINT PLEASANT, NJ – The following is a list of recent arrests made by the Point Pleasant Police Department from March 23 through May 26. All people named are innocent until proven guilty.
- March 24: Officer Mark Maloney charged Caitlin Gaston-Yeomans, 34, from Brick Township, with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, reckless driving, careless driving, operating with a suspended license, and refusal to submit to a breath test.
- March 27: Officer Robert Tobias charged Rachel Leyh, 24, from Wall Township, with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, reckless driving, and use of a handheld device while operating a motor vehicle.
- March 29: Special Law Enforcement Officer II John Jakubiak charged Kelly Roessner, 42, from Point Pleasant, with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, reckless driving, careless driving, and operating under the Influence with minors in the vehicle.
- March 31: Officer Matthew Mergner charged Francis Cimino, 22, from Brick Township, with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, reckless driving, careless driving, open container of alcohol in a vehicle, and visibility of lamps.
- April 2: Officer James Kavanagh charged Jason Sickles, 41, from Point Pleasant, with simple assault.
- April 5: Officer Jesse Waterson charged Amanda Faucher, 42, from Point Pleasant and Tucker Cipolla, 41, from Jackson, with disorderly conduct and peace and good order.
- April 10: Officer Mark Maloney charged Kerri McKuhan, 33, from Brick Township, with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, reckless driving, and careless driving.
- April 12: Officer Christopher Phillips charged Hugo Diazordaz-Sosa, 77, from Brick Township, with using fraudulent documents to open a bank account.
- April 14: Special Law Enforcement Officer II John Jakubiak charged Michael Moschella, 33, from Brick Township, with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, failure to maintain lane, reckless driving, and careless driving.
- April 20: Officer Jesse Waterson charged a 12-year-old juvenile with delinquency for the unlawful possession of a knife.
- April 23: Officer Jesse Waterson charged Dylan Bates, 28, from Point Pleasant, with two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance.
- April 24: Officer Jesse Waterson charged Frank Spano, 23, from Point Pleasant, with invasion of privacy.
- April 26: Officer Christopher Phillips charged Lester Glab, 58, from Brick Township, with criminal trespass, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, reckless driving, and operating a motor vehicle while suspended.
- May 1: Officer Mark Maloney charged Michael Hulse, 20, from Point Pleasant, with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, reckless driving, and careless driving.
- May 9: Officer Matthew Nickerson charged Francis Sarnecky, 61, from Brick Township, with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, reckless driving, careless driving, and refusal to submit to a breath test.
- May 9: Officer Nicholas Rossi charged Perla Perafan-Valencia, 52, from Brick Township, with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, reckless driving, and failure to submit to a breath test.
- May 12: Officer Matthew Ippolito charged a 12-year-old juvenile with delinquency for unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose regarding an investigation into the possession of knives.
- May 12: Officer Jeffrey Johnson charged Melissa Borrello, 51, from Toms River, with harassment.
- May 17: Officer Matthew Nickerson charged Scott Simon, 54, from Point Pleasant, with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, reckless driving, and careless driving.
- May 19: Officer Jesse Waterson charged Robert Clayton, 37, from Belmar, with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, reckless driving, and an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
