Point Boro Man Charged with DUI, Possession

Wall police are reporting the following arrests.

"On Sunday, at approximately 1:47 am, Stephen Tambone, 26, of Asbury Park, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated by Patrolman Brockriede subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on State Hwy 18. Tambone was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law. 

On Sunday, at approximately 3:10 am, Richard Byrne, 26, of Point Pleasant, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated by Patrolman Marino subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on State Hwy 34. Byrne was also charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance. Byrne was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law. 

On Sunday, at approximately 3:36 am, Jeffrey Allen Jr., 21, Neptune, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated by Patrolman Brockriede subsequent to a suspicious vehicle call on West Hurley Pond Road. Allen was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law."
