Burglar Steals Rolex, Cash From Queens Contractor's Office: NYPD
The man stole a Rolex watch, $3,000 and company checkbook's from Penta Restoration's Long Island City office, police say.
LONG ISLAND CITY, QUEENS -- Cops are looking for the thief who stole a Rolex watch and thousands of dollars in cash from a Long Island City developer's office in broad daylight.
The man entered Penta Restoration's office at 24-11 41 Avenue through an open stairwell door just before 8 a.m. on March 4, police said.
Once inside, he crept up to a third-floor office and swiped a Rolex watch, $3,000 in cash and company checkbooks, cops said.

The NYPD released surveillance video of the man, who wore a black tracksuit when he robbed the Queens developer.
