Free Dessert Truck Coming To Astoria Sunday

LONG ISLAND CITY, QUEENS — A famous Manhattan bakery is celebrating its 25th birthday by handing out one of its best-known treats for free across New York City, including in Queens.
On July 11, Magnolia Bakery is distributing hundreds of banana puddings across the streets of New York in a "banana pudding mobile," which will stop in Astoria starting at 11:30 a.m. on 30th Avenue between 32nd and 33rd Avenues, according to the bakery's Instagram.
Time Out also reported that the banana pudding mobile will stop at Gantry State Plaza in Long Island City on July 18.

According to Time Out the banana treats will be in limited-edition, NYC-themed birthday cups designed by local artists.
Also, people can enter to win a year of banana budding by following Magnolia Bakery on Instagram and then scanning a QR code at the top of each cup, or entering online.

The banana pudding truck will also stop in Madison Square Park on July 9, and then McCaren Park on July 10.
