LIC Man Goes Missing In Astoria: NYPD

ASTORIA/LONG ISLAND CITY — Police are asking for the public's help to find a Long Island City man who has been missing since last Friday.

Mohamed Aljamal, 27, was last seen around 6 p.m. Friday April 16 at 9-20 Main Avenue in Astoria, under two miles away from his home at 39-23 24th Street in Long Island City, police said.

He was still missing as of Tuesday morning, according to a police spokesperson.

He was described as about 5 feet, 11 inches tall and 170 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a black jacket with black sweatpants and green sneakers.
