No arrests have been made in the killing, and the investigation is ongoing. Police said they were looking to question the beau of the man's ex-girlfriend, who he has a child with.
The man was in a custody battle with his ex-girlfriend, and the two got into an argument the night before he was killed, police sources told NBC news. She reportedly returned with another man a short time after their fight, and the two men took a walk, but only the other man returned.
