Man Found Dead On Long Island City Shore: NYPD
Cops found the man unconscious on the East River shoreline Friday morning.

LONG ISLAND CITY, QUEENS -- A man was found dead near the shore of East River in Long Island City on Friday morning, police said.
Cops found the man unconscious while responding to a 911 call near 44 Drive and Vernon Boulevard at around 10:30 a.m., an NYPD spokeswoman said.
Medics pronounced the man dead on scene. The circumstances behind his death weren't immediately clear, police told Patch.
