Man Robs Astoria Citibank, Runs Off With $600: Police

A man who robbed an Astoria Citibank last week is still at large, according to the NYPD.

ASTORIA, QUEENS — An Astoria bank robber is at large after stealing $600 from a local Citibank last week, according to the NYPD.

The unidentified man walked into the bank at 22-16 31st St. Thursday morning and passed a bank teller a note demanding money, police said in a news release.

The teller handed over the cash, and the robber fled up 31st Street.
