11 Long Island Macy's Stores Reopen This Week
The department store chain announced that several New York stores will be reopening as Long Island prepares to enter phase 3 on Wednesday.

LONG ISLAND, NY — Several local Macy's stores reopened this week with new guidelines as Long Island prepares to enter phase 3 of the reopening process amid the coronavirus pandemic on Wednesday. Starting Monday, 11 local stores are open to the public between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. for in-store shopping and curbside pick-up.

- Macy’s Green Acres on 1000 Green Acres Mall in Valley Stream
- Macy’s on 90 W Montauk Highway in Hampton Bays
- Macy’s on 1526 Union Turnpike in New Hyde Park
- Macy’s on 1100 Northern Boulevard in Manhasset
- Macy’s Walt Whitman Mall on 180 Walt Whitman Road in Huntington Station
- Macy's Backstage on 834 Walt Whitman Road in Huntington
- Macy’s Roosevelt Field on 630 Old Country Road in Garden City
- Macy’s and Macy's Furniture at the Smith Haven Mall on 2 Smith Haven Mall in Lake Grove
- Macy’s Southshore on 653 Sunrise Highway Westfield, South Shore Mall in Bay Shore
- Macy’s Sunrise on 400 Sunrise Mall Westfield, Sunrise, in Massapequa
The open Macy's stores will be following Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines, as well as state and local guidance. This includes required mask-wearing as well as frequent and enhanced cleaning in heavily trafficked areas and on hard surfaces.

Stores will also be implementing social distancing guidelines of maintaining 6 feet between all customers and colleagues. Hand sanitizer stations will be installed in frequently visited locations throughout the store, as well as plexiglass at select registers.
