LONG ISLAND, NY - It seems like Chris Morgan, the infamous "Bagel Boss" guy, has upset a few more people this week. The 45-year-old gained internet fame as the subject of a video shared on Twitter where he was seen angrily ranting at a Bagel Boss in Bay Shore about women making fun of his height.

Morgan, who is 5 feet, was scheduled to fight former "Saved by the Bell" actor Dustin Diamond at the Showboat Hotel in Atlantic City last month. However, in a video posted on his Twitter account, he admitted that he bailed on the fight at the last minute. He even tweeted that he "forgot to tell his father not to go to Atlantic City."

As a result of the last-minute decision to bail on the fight, celebrity boxing promoter Damon Feldman told the New York Post he plans to pursue legal action against Morgan.

"My attorneys are looking into filing a private criminal complaint for grand theft larceny because he took money under false pretenses and never had any intention of showing up," Feldman told the Post.

In response, Morgan took to Twitter and stated Feldman "better think twice about pursuing legal action."

"I will represent myself as my own attorney and expose the entire crooked organization for what it really is," he wrote.

Morgan also said he was prepared to fight former Mets player Lenny Dykstra until he pulled out and Diamond replaced him.

"I had every intention to fight Lenny Dykstra not a last minute swap to an opponent half my age and twice my size," Morgan wrote.

The next day, Morgan got in trouble with more than just the event promoter. He was arrested after he was found with marijuana in Deer Park. Suffolk County police confirmed they arrested Morgan on the 1200 block of Long Island Avenue Monday at 3:50 p.m.

Third Precinct officers charged him with second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Morgan was released on bond.

On Twitter, Morgan explained that he was arrested while playing golf and smoking a marijuana pen. He later wrote that jail wasn't "that big of a deal" and that he met people who have been "really nice" to him. In addition to he griped about the burger he was given while in jail.

This wasn't Morgan's first arrest. In August, he was cuffed after he was seen swinging a small bat and causing a disturbance at the Bay Shore marina, police said.
