Meet Tommy! He is a sweet 3 yr old Beagle/ Spaniel x. He was turned in by his previous owner due to no fault of his own and is looking for a family who will love and never give him up. Tommy came in pretty scared and timid but is slowly and surely coming out of his shell. He enjoys sitting on laps and going for walks outside. He has tested ok with dogs his size so far, but can be nervous at first when meeting new friends. We believe in the right home Tommy will blossom into a fun, loving little guy. He would do best in a home with older or no kids & still has to be cat tested.

The Islip Animal Shelter is located on 210 S Denver Avenue in Bay Shore. The shelter is open Monday through Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. To learn more about the Islip Animal Shelter, visit their Facebook page here.
