The Lakehouse In Bay Shore To Reopen Soon After 2 Month Closure

The restaurant announced Monday it will be reopening this month after temporarily closing in January.

BAY SHORE, NY — Two months after the Lakehouse in Bay Shore closed temporarily for the first time in its 14-year history, the popular local restaurant announced it will be reopening soon.

The waterfront eatery on 135 Maple Ave. shut down in January out of an "abundance of caution" after the number of coronavirus cases continued to increase in New York.

On Monday, the business posted on Facebook that it will finally be reopening on March 15.

The restaurant will be taking reservations for dinner seven days a week and for Sunday brunch.

In addition, the Lakehouse will have an updated seasonal spring menu. There will also be a lunch prix fixe menu offering two courses for $20.
