Local Brothers To Open New Cocktail Bar In Bay Shore

The duo, who already own three local businesses, will be opening yet another bar in the area.

BAY SHORE, NY — The owners of three local businesses are opening yet another bar in the area by next year.

The new cocktail bar, Sweet Jane, will open on 64 E. Main Street. The site was previously home to the clothing store, Second Chance.

The business will be run by brothers Anthony Tartaglia and Andrew Tartaglia, who took over the Brightwaters Inn last year. In addition, the duo own Coastal Kitchen & Daiquiri Bar on 12 E. Main Street and Verde Kitchen & Cocktails on 70 E. Main Street.

According to a Facebook post on the Coastal Kitchen page, Sweet Jane will have "cocktails, rock and roll and some other stuff [they] like."

An exact opening date has not yet been announced, but it is expected to open next year, according to a report in GreaterBayShore.
