Man Broke Into 4 Stores In Bay Shore, Brentwood: PD
Jesus Vazquez, 40, of Bay Shore, was charged with burglarizing four businesses last week, police said.
BAY SHORE, NY — A Bay Shore man was arrested Monday after breaking into four businesses in Brentwood and Bay Shore in one week, according to Suffolk Police. After an investigation, officers found that 40-year-old Jesus Vazquez was responsible for the four burglaries that occurred between April 13 and April 17, police said. He was arrested at the intersection of Park Avenue and Main Street at 5:26 p.m., police said.
According to police, Vazquez was charged with four counts of third-degree burglary in connection to the following burglaries:
- M&J Discount at 781 Suffolk Ave. in Brentwood on April 13 at 9:15 p.m.
- Union Boulevard Deli at 2116 Union Blvd. in Bay Shore on April 14 at 12:35 a.m.
- Main Street Wine & Liquor at 273 W. Main Street in Bay Shore on April 16 at 11:35 p.m.
- Main Street Wine & Liquor at 273 W. Main Street in Bay Shore on April 17 at 5:10 a.m.
Vazquez is scheduled for arraignment on May 8 at First District Court in Central Islip.
