South Shore Mall to Host Community Blood Drive on July 5

South Shore Mall in Bay Shore will be hosting a Community Blood Drive on Friday, July 5 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM. To be eligible for the drive, donors must bring their donor card or identification with photo or signature, weigh at least 110lbs, not have any new tattoos within the last 12 months, and be between the ages of 16-75; 16 year-olds must have parental permission and 76-year olds and older need a doctor’s note. All donors are advised to eat well and drink fluids before donating. All donors will be eligible to receive free New York Mets tickets after they log on and register at www.nybc.org/metsvoucher. Walk-ins are also welcome.
