• Aug. 12: James Bailey, 21, of North Amityville was arrested in North Amityville on a charge of third degree burglary - illegal entry with intent.
• Aug. 12: Jonathan Durnin, 35, of Lindenhurst was arrested in Lindenhurst on a charge of first degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs.
• Aug. 12: Angel Marroquin, 20, of Brentwood was arrested in Brentwood on a charge of first degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs.
• Aug. 12: Ryan Barta, 27, of Flushing was arrested in Smithtown on a charge of DWI -1st offense.
• Aug. 12: James Fritz II, 35, of East Patchogue was arrested in East Patchogue on a charge of DWI - 1st offense.
• Aug. 12: Danielle Smith, 35, of Farmingville was arrested in Holtsville on a charge of DWI - 1st offense.
• Aug. 11: Michael Peter Decarlo, 46, of Port Jefferson Station was arrested in Holbrook on a charge of first degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs.
• Aug. 10: Jose Torres, 39, of Wyandanch was arrested in Wyandanch on a charge of second degree burglary - dwelling.
• Aug. 10: Arquinides Alvarenga, 40, of Central Islip was arrested in Central Islip on a charge of DWI - 1st offense.
• Aug. 10: George Mittelstaedt, 22, of Brightwaters was arrested in Islip on a charge of DWI - 1st offense.
