Toast Coffeehouse In Bay Shore Finally Opens

BAY SHORE, NY - The highly-anticipated new Toast Coffeehouse has finally opened its Bay Shore location this week.

The latest eatery for the popular breakfast spot, located on 9 South Park Avenue. officially opened its doors on Friday.

This is the third Long Island location for Toast, with eateries in Patchogue and Port Jefferson.

The new restaurant has been a long time coming, opening 15 months after announcing the arrival of Toast to the Bay Shore area.

“I had expectations of opening in Bay Shore earlier, but the building had sat empty for awhile and we had to upgrade to current requirements, permits, easements from the town,” Terence Scarlatos, found and owner of Toast, told GreaterBayShore.

The new restaurant will be offering the same breakfast and brunch options, but will have a different theme from the others -- vintage carnival.

The Bay Shore location will be open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and weekends from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
