UPDATE: Popular Grilled Cheese Shop To Reopen This Week
The local business closed for about two weeks this month in order to rethink its business plan.

BAY SHORE, NY — A popular Bay Shore eatery will finally reopen after a temporary closure to rethink its business plans.
A.J's Gourmet Grilled Cheese Shop on 182 W. Montauk Highway announced the closure on Jan. 10.
On Tuesday, the restaurant announced in a Facebook post that it will be reopening on Friday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The restaurant will be offering a temporary revised menu which was posted to its social media page.
The new menu will still include some fan favorites. Customers can choose between eight different types of grilled cheeses including the classic traditional, crispy buffalo or BBQ buffalo, the Mac Melt, the Philly Melt, the Hot Tot and more.

There will still be Mac and Cheese with three different toppings to choose from, tomato bisque soup and some sides to choose from.
