Westfield South Shore and Sunrise Malls Hire Noe DiLeo

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, which owns and operates Westfield South Shore and Sunrise Malls, has selected Noe DiLeo as its Shopping Center Manager for both Long Island mall locations.

In his role as Shopping Center Manager, DiLeo will work to drive operational success in the retail environment, leading the onsite operational management of both shopping centers. DiLeo will be a key contributor to helping to increase the value of the centers working in partnership with Operating Management, Development, and Leasing.

“We are fortunate to have retained Noe, who has years of hands-on retail operations experience. He will be a tremendous asset to our team,” says Vanessa Mitton, Marketing Director at Westfield South Shore.

Prior to joining Westfield, DiLeo was the Director of Operations at J&B Restaurant Partners in Holbrook. In this role, he oversaw all operations for 16 TGI Fridays franchise locations, 23 Friendly's franchise locations and 10 Tiki Joe's Beach Club locations.

A graduate of St. John’s University, DiLeo received his Bachelor of Science in Business. After college, he worked his way up through various management positions in both the food service and retail industries. He held numerous senior leadership positions at Kohl's, Target and 7-Eleven.

Noe DiLeo is a first generation American, with his parents coming to America from Italy in the 1960s. He lives in Mastic, NY with his wife and has five children.
