EAST ISLIP, NY — A community blood drive has been scheduled in East Islip next month.
The event will be held at Momentum at South Bay on 340 Main Street on May 13 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Each donor will receive a $5 gift card and the facility will be offering lunch to anyone participating.

There will also be a raffle and prizes available. All members of the community are welcome.
Participants are asked to bring a photo I.D. or a blood donor I.D. card.

Donors must also wear a mask. They will have their temperature taken and must be 14 days symptom-free if recovered from COVID-19.
Those who tested positive or are experiencing symptoms of the coronavirus in the last two weeks may not donate. In addition, those who are currently on quarantine restrictions may not donate.
