East Islip's City Market Opens In Former Village Market Spot
A new grocery store opened after the location of the closed Village Market was revamped.
EAST ISLIP, NY — City Fresh Market has opened a location at 203 Carleton Ave. in East Islip, replacing the closed Village Market. The grocery store opened to the public on Tuesday, and close residents welcomed the convenience of a nearby option again. The store has a deli section, grocery, meat, dairy and bakery sections and even a sushi counter.
City Fresh Market is a chain of small grocery stores across New York City and Long Island.
