PATCHOGUE, NY— A new restaurant has been approved in Patchogue Village and this time, it's a cuisine that's not currently available: Greek. Colosso di Rodi Greek Bistro will open at 58D South Ocean Avenue. Among the many restaurants in the village, there are currently no Greek-cuisine eateries.

The owner are Andrew Hendricks and Konstantinos Chilias— Chilias owns a crepe cafe in Sarasota, Flordia.

The Patchogue Village Planning Board approved the restaurant's application earlier this month. No opening date has been announced yet.
