Woman, 21, Killed In Northern State Parkway Crash
Tacorra Moss, of Queens, was ejected from a car driven by an unlicensed driver in Dix Hills, New York State Police said.

DIX HILLS, NY — A 21-year-old Queens woman died in a crash on the Northern State Parkway in Dix Hills on Friday night, according to New York State Police.
Tacorra Moss was a passenger in a 2005 Honda Accord driven by William Wade, 57, of Hempstead. Police said Wade was driving west on the parkway west of the Deer Park Avenue exit at about 7:57 p.m. when he failed to negotiate a curve, lost control, and struck a tree, police said. Moss was ejected from the car.
Moss was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital in West Islip where she died from her injuries. Wade was transported to Southside Hospital in Bay Shore with non-life threatening injuries.

Wade was issued an appearance ticket for first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, along with other traffic tickets.
State police are asking for anyone with information regarding the crash to call 631-756-3300.

The crash occurred in the same area of the parkway where a 47-year-old woman was killed in a crash Wednesday morning.
