2-Vehicle Huntington Station Crash Traps Truck Driver

A driver got trapped after his truck overturned when he collided with another vehicle Tuesday night.

HUNTINGTON STATION, NY — Two vehicles collided, causing a truck to overturn and trap its driver Tuesday night in Huntington Station. Huntington Manor firefighters responded to Depot Road and East Ninth Street after hearing of the crash, according to the department's Facebook page.

Firefighters stabilized the overturned truck and removed the roof to free the driver. Two people were brought to Huntington Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries by Huntington Community First Aid Squad.
