Centerport FD Named Town Fireman's Softball League Champions

The Centerport Fire Department Softball Team was named champions of this year's Huntington Town Fireman's Softball League.

The team finished the season in second place with 17 wins and seven losses.

The team won the semi final games against Huntington to advance to the finals against the Second Precinct. Centerport lost the first game, but then won the next two with come-from-behind wins to take the championship on August 29.
