HUNTINGTON, NY — The Clubhouse, a longtime steakhouse, is on sale. The 320 W. Jericho Turnpike, Huntington Station, location is up for grabs at $1.3 million.

The property is listed as a sale/leaseback on LoopNet. The one-story building is 1,947 square feet.

Earlier this month, co-owner Cassandra Bies told Huntington Now that the Clubhouse would close due to "the strict restrictions dictated to us by Governor [Andrew] Cuomo and local authorities."

Jeffrey Bies, the co-owner and late husband of Cassandra, died at the age of 64 on July 4 from injuries suffered after a fall.

The Clubhouse was founded in 1962 by Jeffrey's parents, the late John and Geraldine Bies.
