“Our first affordable housing lottery for Harborfields Estates went successfully in late summer 2018, with the house going to the first name selected in the September lottery drawing. The lucky homeowner is currently choosing the finishes on their home,” Town of Huntington Supervisor Chad Lupinacci said in a press release. “This is the second opportunity to purchase a home priced below market value for individuals who qualify, with a preference going to Town of Huntington residents and those with an eligible connection to the Town.”
