A scheduled public hearing for the proposed 84-unit apartment building in downtown Huntington on Main Street has been delayed.

The town's Board of Zoning Appeals postponed the April 11 meeting that was tentatively scheduled for April 11.

Developers John Kean and Alan Fromkin recently proposed the project that will include 84 apartment units, a four-story retail space and a parking garage.

According to the town, Kean and Fromkin need variances for ground-level use in a mixed-use building and for the parking garage.

The ZBA has yet to reschedule the meeting.
