Huntington Police Blotter: Man Exposes Himself In Mall Lot

The man unzipped his pants and showed his private parts in the parking lot of Walt Whitman Shops, police say.

HUNTINGTON, NY — These are recent arrests made in the Huntington area from March 14 through March 20.

The Suffolk County Police Department posted the following information. All charges are accusations and do not signify guilt.

  • Samuel Callender, 35, of Brooklyn, unzipped his pants and exposed his private parts in the parking lot of Walt Whitman Shops at 2:10 p.m. March 19, police said. He was arrested and charged with lewdness: expose body in public on March 19.
  • Joseph Decker, 58, of Halesite, drove his 2003 Porsche off of Ashland Drive in Huntington and into a dirt shoulder at 10:14 p.m. March 15, police said. He was arrested and charged with DWI: previous conviction in 10 years on March 15.
