Huntington Police Blotter: Man Punches Another Man In Face

ALSO: A man accused of selling narcotic drugs at least five times in less than a month was arrested, police say.

HUNTINGTON, NY — These are recent arrests made in the Huntington area from May 23 through May 30.

The Suffolk County Police Department posted the following information. All charges are accusations and do not signify guilt.

  • Kyle Elrod, 21, of Bayville, punched a man in the face, and the man had to go to a hospital, police said. Elrod also fell into a glass storefront window at Little Vincent's Pizza in Huntington at 1:25 a.m. May 30, police said. He was arrested and charged with criminal mischief: reckless property damage of more than $250 and third-degree assault w/ intent to cause physical injury on May 30.
  • Faheem Chapman, 27, of Huntington Station, sold narcotic drugs on at least five occasions between Jan. 27 and Feb. 25 while in Huntington Station, police said. He was arrested and charged with four counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance on May 26.
