Huntington Station Man Killed After Car Strikes Pole, Overturns
The crash occurred Thursday in Cold Spring Harbor.
A man was killed after his vehicle struck a utility pole and overturned in Cold Spring Harbor on late Thursday morning, police say.
According to authorities, 21-year-old Huntington Station resident Jason Mocte-Zuma was driving a 2013 Honda Civic sedan northbound on Harbor Road when the crash occurred at 11 a.m.
- Friends have created a GoFundMe to help with Motce-Zuma's funeral costs.
Cold Spring Harbor Rescue transported Mocte-Zuma to Huntington Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. He was the only occupant in the vehicle.

The vehicle was impounded for a safety check.
