Huntington Tulip Festival Set For Sunday
The Tulip Festival is a family-oriented festival featuring more than 20,000 tulips and hands-on children's activity booths.
Thousands of bright tulips will serve as the main attraction for the Town of Huntington's 19th Annual Tulip Festival on Sunday.
The family-oriented festival at Heckscher Park will feature more than 20,000 tulips, hands-on children’s activity booths, family performances on the Chapin Rainbow Stage, art exhibitions, lectures and demonstrations as well as refreshment sales booths.
The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday May 5, rain or shine, although outdoor activities at the festival can potentially be suspended for lightning.
