ICYMI: Buttercooky Bakery & Café Of Huntington Undergoes Revamp

HUNTINGTON, NY — Buttercooky Bakery of Huntington will soon be able to officially add "café" to its name. The shop recently completed renovations that will see it add baked goods and seating, according to co-owner Francesco Borgognone.

The interior and exterior were refurbished to have a "modern and contemporary bakery and café feel," and up to 18 people can be seated. In addition to the baked goods Buttercooky has been serving to Huntington residents for the past four years, it will soon offer a new array of menu items: quiche, breakfast sandwiches, omelets, paninis, salads, smoothies, and acai bowls. Borgognone predicted the new menu will be ready in two weeks.

The renovations were made during the coronavirus pandemic. Business and the revamp saw a "tough" stretch due to COVID-19, Borgognone said.
