Longtime LI Running Store Opens Second Location In Huntington
Runner's Edge, a Farmingdale staple for decades, is opening a second location.
HUNTINGTON, NY— Runner's Edge in Farmingdale has outfitted Long Island runners for decades, and now the owners are expanding. Runner's Edge Huntington opens Saturday at 355 New York Ave. in Huntington Village.
"We are beyond blessed and grateful to have had this opportunity and we look forward to serving our new community," Allison Cook Galante said, daughter of the shop's owner Bob Cook. She posted on Facebook that the Huntington locations grand opening will be from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Saturday.
"There will be raffles, giveaways and 20 percent off footwear, apparel, and accessories."
