Man Robs Woman By Knifepoint In Huntington Station: Police
The man stole the woman's wallet and cell phone before he was arrested shortly after, police say.
HUNTINGTON STATION, NY — A Huntington Station man who robbed a woman at knifepoint early Sunday was arrested, Suffolk police said.
Jeffrey Germain, 19, is accused of robbing a 42-year-old woman at knifepoint on the corner of First Avenue and East 10th Street in Huntington Station around 3 a.m., police said. Germain stole her cell phone and wallet, police said. The woman was not injured, police said.
Officers found Germain a short distance away and arrested him, police said.

Germain was charged with first-degree robbery. He is due to be held overnight at the Second Precinct and arraigned on Monday at First District Court in Central Islip.
