Santa Claus is Comin’ to Town and You’re Invited!

Huntington Elks Lodge to Host Spectacular Holiday Party

Here comes Santa Claus… and this time, he’s bringing his 20-piece big band! Come experience the jolly old man, dance with his festive “Elks” and enjoy his musical entourage (aka “Northport Jazz Orchestra”) this December at the annual Huntington Elks Lodge Holiday Party. The party is open to the public.

Brave the cold temperatures and grab a glass of eggnog punch as you join friends, family and colleagues for this holly jolly celebration. The Lodge will open its doors on Saturday, December 8th for an evening filled with holiday fun, festivities and good cheer. This joyful evening will mark the start of several exciting activities planned for the Huntington Elks Lodge 90th Anniversary, a special commemorative celebration for this fraternal organization.

“Our holiday party will be extra memorable because it will kick-off our recognition of the lodge’s nine decades in supporting and giving back to the local Huntington community,” explains Alyssa Nightingale, Exalted Ruler for the Huntington Lodge. “This holiday season we will sprinkle a little festive holiday magic into our plans and share the true meaning of the season with all of our friends all year long,” she continued.

Guests can expect live music and plenty of good cheer with delicious, mouth-watering cuisine prepared by the lodge’s professional caterer and of course, a merry good time with a visit from “the Jolly Ole Man” himself. “We will have wonderful holiday music, plenty of eggnog punch and an abundance of great company,” explains Peter Demidovich, Lodge Trustee and event Co-Chair. “The holidays are a time for rekindling friendships and experiencing special moments and we have created a momentous occasion to do both. This is definitely going to be a spectacular evening,” added Dave Hobart, Lodge Officer and Event Co-Chair.

The Huntington Elks Lodge Holiday Dinner Party will take place on December 8th from 6-11 p.m. and will be held at the newly renovated Huntington Elks Lodge (195 Main Street, Huntington, NY 11743). Tickets are only $40 per person and reservations are required. Tickets will not be sold at the door. A cash bar and select member pricing is available. Visit www.holidayelks.com to register or call the lodge at 631-271-1565.
