Captain Michael Langenbach has led Sea Tow Huntington since 2006. His business provides on-water help, tows, jump starts, and more.

HUNTINGTON, NY — Capt. Michael Langenbach recently celebrated his 15th anniversary at the helm of Sea Tow Huntington, according to a news release.
Langenbach was a 25-year-old entrepreneur unsure of what his future held when he took ownership of the business in 2006. Over the last decade-and-a-half, he and his crew have established Sea Tow in their area. The company offers on-water assistance, tows, jump starts, fuel deliveries, and more.
"Over the years, I’ve developed a special relationship with my members," Langenbach stated via news release. "They know they can call me or stop by, and I’ll make time for them."

An experienced group of captains pilot Langenbach's fleet. The team not only knows the area well, but it has cultivated relationships with Sea Tow's customer base — many of whom have been long-time members. Langenbach, as a result, has earned recognition from Sea Tow Services International for outstanding customer retention.
"We have two senior members of our team who are very important to our success," Langenbach said. "Capt. John has been a Sea Tow Captain for almost 30 years. In addition to being a highly-skilled captain, he‘s a fixture in the local boating community. Capt. Derek has also been with me for most of the time I have owned the franchise and is also an instructor at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy at King’s Point. His extensive knowledge, precise boat handling skills, and friendly demeanor make him a true asset to our team."

Every year, the company donates several memberships to raffle off in local fishing tournaments and other charity fundraising events, as well as sponsoring local marine events. Sea Tow Huntington also provides safety vessels for swimming events, as well as a life jacket loaner station.
"We are thrilled to congratulate Capt. Mike Langenbach on his 15th anniversary of business," said Sea Tow CEO Captain Joseph Frohnhoefer III. "We take pride in the services that we offer the boating community, and Sea Tow Huntington maintains those standards in all they do."
