Services For St. Anthony's Student Killed In Crash Are This Week

Visitation will be held Wednesday and Thursday and funeral Mass will take place on Friday.

Services will be held this week for St. Anthony's High School student Anthony W. Pagano who died in a upstate New York crash over the weekend.

Pagano, 17, of Melville, was killed on Saturday at around 5:24 a.m. after police say he fell asleep at the wheel, causing his vehicle to veer off the road, crash into a tree and catch fire.

Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. on both Wednesday and Thursday at M. A. Connell Funeral Home Inc., located at 934 New York Ave. in Huntington Station. A funeral Mass will be held Friday at 9:30 a.m. at St Elizabeth's Church, located at 175 Wolf Hill Road in Melville. Burial will follow at Locust Valley Cemetery.
