Stop & Shop Celebrates Grand Reopening of Huntington Store
Remodeled Store Features a Fresh New Look, Enhanced Produce Department and More Freshly Prepared Foods for Easy Meals on-the-Go

Stop & Shop, a neighborhood grocer for more than 100 years, today unveiled its newly remodeled store in Huntington, NY (60 Wall Street).
The store, which opened its doors in 2015, is now noticeably brighter and more modern. The store not only has a new look, but it also has new features that are centered around delivering fresh, healthy, and convenient options to make grocery shopping easier.

· Updated deli department with an expanded cheese offering
· New grab-and-go meal solutions including a new hot foods bar featuring entrees and sides

· Organic and natural products integrated within the grocery aisles allowing customers to see all product options available
· Enhanced produce department featuring an open concept design for easier shopping
· Additional self-checkout lanes for added convenience
“We’re excited to share our newly remodeled store with our local shoppers,” said Jen Weichert, Interim Store Manager of Stop & Shop Huntington. “We’ve added upgrades they need to get their shopping done faster and get back to what matters most.”
Joining the Huntington store reveal is Stop & Shop West Babylon, which underwent similar renovations. Earlier this month, Stop & Shop also announced the grand reopening of its Glen Cove store and will unveil its remodeled Port Washington location on December 18th. The company also opened a new store in Woodmere in late October.
To celebrate the remodeled store, Stop & Shop will donate $1,000 and $500 in Nature’s Promise® natural and organic products to Long Island Cares, the Harry Chapin Food Bank. Shoppers can also look forward to a weekend of giveaways and samples, while supplies last.
