The overall winner will have their work created into the flag that will hang at the NAEA Conference in Boston in March. The overall winner will receive a smaller version of the flag to keep and display.

In addition, all the winning designs will represent New York State on our panel in the YAM Museum at the 2019 National Art Education Association Conference this March in Boston.

Congratulations to all winning students and their teachers! Thanks to all who submitted entries this year and to Sargent Art for their continued support of our Flag Design Program here in New York State.

Nationally, Youth Art Month is supported by the Council for Art Education, Inc. and has served since 1961 as a program designed to promote the value of strong visual arts education programs in our public and private schools during the month of March.
