Baisch: The challenge of navigating land use codes and law to develop or redevelop land to its highest and best use and then delivering a customer's most prized possession – their home.


Patch: If you had to sum up your business mission to a stranger in five words, what would those words be?


Baisch: Take; always give some back.


Patch: What’s the biggest challenge or most difficult moment you’ve faced in your job?


Baisch: When is enough, enough?

Baisch: Achieving a customer's complete satisfaction with their home.



Patch: How would you say your business or organization distinguishes itself from the others?


Baisch: Landmark constantly gives back to the community at large, as well as individuals in need.


Patch: What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given when it comes to success?


Baisch: Press on! Nothing in the world can take the place of perseverance. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Perseverance and determination alone are omnipotent.


Patch: Are there any new projects or endeavors you’re working on that you’re extra excited about?


Baisch: Landmark is presently developing two senior apartment projects which cater to an undeserved senior market who want efficient, compact and affordable rental housing.


Patch: Do you have any events coming up in your community?


Baisch: Landmark hopes to celebrate the ground-breaking of "On The Common @ Rocky Point" in the near future, which will culminate two years of redevelopment of a shuttered lumber yard to senior apartments that also will become a cornerstone to the entire community's redevelopment.
