Good morning! Here’s a look at what’s happening along the north shore on Thursday.
- Get the winter jackets out! Just kidding. Kind of. It does feel like a fall morning, and according to the National Weather Service, a high of 71 is expected today with a 50 percent chance of scattered showers.
- Comedy fans, don't forget to get your ticket to tomorrow night's comedy show at Crazybeans. The Naughty Mommy, Maria Walsh, will be performing at 8 p.m.
- Few things say family fun like a good ole fashioned carnival. Terryville Fire Department's will run through this Sunday after starting last night.
-  We have a few submissions so far, but are looking for some more: we are trying to put together a map of flood-prone spots in the area, so let us know where in particular is difficult to drive during a downpour.
- We know it's hot, but an adult hockey season is right around the corner. Suffolk County Hockey League is looking for players;Â anyone interested?
