A car and van collided early Tuesday morning on Rt. 25A in Rocky Point slowing down the morning commute for a little while.Â
According to Suffolk County police, the accident occurred at 8:12 a.m. on Rt. 25A and East St. and involved Nissan sedan and a Dodge van. The driver of the Nissan was taken to St. Charles Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police said both vehicles were towed.
