Your guide to what's happening in the community.

Good morning! Here’s a look at what’s happening along the north shore on Tuesday.
- A pair of kayaks were found stolen from a Wading River private beach, the locks cut, last Friday. The family is seeking the public's help finding them.
- The Port Jefferson Free Library will be holding a blood drive starting at 1 p.m. today. Interested donors are asked to call ahead to set up a time. Also, St. Charles Hospital is hosting a drive, which kicks off at 7 a.m.
- Local history buffs, check this out: you can personalize a brick of your own to help pay for renovation of a nearly-300-year-old home on North Country Road that once belonged to William Miller. Click here for more info.
- Holding a yard sale this upcoming weekend? Add it to our list, so it can get up on our map that we'll post later this week.
- Red Mango and European Wax Center, a couple of new businesses coming to town, are both hiring.
Every day
- Find a new home in the Miller Place-Rocky Point area.
- Or visit a few open houses.
- What’s playing at the movies … and when?
- Hide and low tide times.
- Advertise your yard sale ahead of the weekend.
