Food, Feedback, and a Farmers Market

Good morning! Here’s a look at what’s happening along the north shore on Thursday.

- Beers, Burgers & Desserts opened up shop on Monday and people are already talking about it. Have you been yet, or plan on going? Feel free to blog about it to share your own experience.

- Speaking of blogging, Frank Esposito, one local blogger, went to task on the American justice system for its overall lax punishment of white collar crimes. Thoughts?

- Meanwhile, a man pleaded not guilty in relation to a hit-and-run that occurred in June in Mt. Sinai which later left a Coram woman jogging on Canal Road dead. 

- A school supply drive begins today and runs through the month of August at Suffolk Federal Credit Union. The drive will support Long Island Cares and benefit children in underserved communities. Drop by the credit union's Miller Place location to donate.
