Man Committed Lewd Act In Front Of 11-Year-Old At LI Walmart: PD
The 53-year-old was charged after the girl reported the incident to her father Thursday morning, police say.
MIDDLE ISLAND, NY - A Middle Island man was charged with committing a lewd act in front of an 11-year-old girl at a Middle Island Walmart on Thursday, Suffolk Police said.
The girl and her father were in the Walmart on 750 Middle Country Road when 53-year-old Reynaldo Flores allegedly committed a lewd act while looking at the girl at 11:45 a.m., police said.
The girl told her father and the man fled the store, police said.

Following an investigation, Flores was arrested and charged with public lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child.
He will be held overnight at the Sixth Precinct and is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on Friday.

Detectives are asking anyone who believes they could be a victim of Flores to call the Sixth Squad at 631-854-8652.
