Rocky Point High School's Diligent Dozen
Twelve Rocky Point High School students participated in a fall cleanup at Camp Pa-Qua-Tuck.

Goodwill, leadership and personal integrity top the list for the 12 Rocky Point High School students who participated in a fall cleanup at Camp Pa-Qua-Tuck, a summer camp and year-round respite care center for people with disabilities that is supported by many Rotary Clubs on Long Island.
The students – members of the school’s Interact Club – helped prepare the grounds and buildings at the Center Moriches campground for the upcoming season by raking leaves and cleaning cabins. They will return in the spring to prepare the camp for the summer season.
The school district commends students Nicole Bergamini, Emily Bono, Liana Brennan, Megan Buchler, Alexandra Carley, Madeline Carney Schmidt, Andrea Castillo, Karina Cooper, Annesch Deshpande, Brenna Kiernan, Jackson Normadin and Gianna Uliano, who along with club adviser and special education teacher Margaret Messinetti, continue to make Rocky Point proud by demonstrating responsibility, hard work and respect for others.
