Rocky Point Students Celebrate 50 Days Of Learning

Students and staff in Rocky Point School District’s Frank J. Carasiti Elementary School rocked around the clock on Nov. 20 to celebrate the 50th day of learning.

With various math and literacy activities tied to the number 50, the day was an opportunity to recognize the achievements of the first months of school. Many poodle skirts, pink lady jackets, white T-shirts, leather jackets, ponytails and pompadours were worn to complement the fun and educational lessons.
