Brooklyn Library's Comic Con Goes Virtual

The event will include the annual CosPlay Contest for both kids and adults.

BROOKLYN, NY — The Brooklyn Public Library's annual Comic Con will head online for its fifth year, the library announced Thursday.

The event, held each year in the form of a CosPlay Contest, will be held virtually over the next few weeks. Children, adults and groups are invited to send in their costumes to be considered for the grand prize before April 30.

"Celebrate nerd culture...by dressing as your favorite character from a book, comic, movie or video game," the library wrote.
