Coronavirus Self-Test Site Opens In South Slope

The site will be open Wednesday, Feb. 17, according to health officials.

SOUTH SLOPE, BROOKLYN — A self-testing site for the coronavirus will be open temporarily in South Slope this week.

The testing site will open at nonprofit Mixteca at 245 23rd St. on Wednesday, Feb. 17 and will be available for one day only.

It will run from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The site is one of eight self-testing sites run by the city's health and hospital system that are set up this week in the borough. Other locations include Williamsburg, Bed-Stuy, Brownsville and Brighton Beach.

The sites are in addition to regular city coronavirus test sites.
